Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist
Job Summary: Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Outpatient Physical Therapist. Your role will involve assessing, planning, and implementing personalized physical therapy programs for patients in an outpatient setting. You'll play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions, enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall function. By employing evidence-based treatment techniques, you'll empower patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess patients' physical condition and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on individual goals, limitations, and clinical findings.
- Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, home exercises, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current state license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers.
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
- Proficiency in therapeutic interventions and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional growth and delivering high-quality care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Board certification as a Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) or Sports Physical Therapy (SCS).
- Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and community outreach.
Working Conditions:
- Clinical outpatient setting with occasional off-site visits.

- May involve physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
