Out-patient Physical Therapist - Pediatric Clinic
Location: Forest, VA
Overview:We are seeking a motivated individual to join an outpatient clinic in Forest, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team (the clinic consists of SLP, OT, PT, and BCBA) in a family-centered environment.
Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, individualized therapy to children with a variety of physical conditions and developmental delays. You will work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans that promote mobility, improve function, and enhance the overall quality of life for our pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.

- Educate families on home exercises and strategies to support continued progress.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
