Aster Mental Health is actively seeking Licensed Clinicians to conduct a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions at our Peabody, MA location.
We are a private practice group founded and led by a female physician, dedicated to assisting our clients in achieving happy, successful lives through a combination of medication management, therapy, and interventional psychiatry treatments. Our mission emphasizes providing robust administrative support to our clinicians, enabling them to focus on patient care within a positive, friendly, and caring practice culture. Working within a fee-for-service arrangement, you can manage your caseload to meet your preferences.
Qualifications
We are looking for licensed mental health professionals to work with adults and/or adolescents. To be considered for this role, applicants must hold one of the following licenses in Massachusetts:
- LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW
Compensation
1099 role, 60/40 split of insurance reimbursement for billable services

Requirements
- Fully licensed in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain a MA license
- Minimum of 20 direct client hours per week
- Proficient in accurate diagnostic evaluations
- Formulation and implementation of comprehensive treatment plans
- Delivery of evidence-based psychotherapy for high-functioning patients
- Timely completion of clinical progress notes
- Effective communication with referring providers and, when needed, patients' family members
- Ability to work in the office a minimum of two days per week
- Collaborative team player with basic troubleshooting skills
