Signet Health is actively hiring for an experienced Texas licensed social worker - LPC or LCSW - for our Director of Behavioral Health position with our outpatient program in Junction, TX. 

This is a great opportunity offering a generous market-competitive salary of $85,000 plus, robust benefits package, unlimited PTO, a sign-on bonus of $5,000 and relocation allowance!

Primary responsibilities as the Director of Behavioral Health will include:

• Overseeing all day-to-day operations of the psychiatric unit
• Supervision experience
• Leading program development with short-term and long-term goals
• Ensuring compliance with hospital, state, federal and licensing agency regulatory standards
• Establishing relationships with community leaders and service providers to promote/foster the positive reputation of the program

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas
• Experience working with senior adults in an outpatient setting

Kimble Hospital is in what is known as the Texas Hill Country of Texas. Junction is a suburban rural mix with good schools.  Interesting facts...Junction is the shipping and marketing center for Kimble County's livestock, wool, mohair, pecan, and grain production.
