Clinical Program Director - Sandstone Care

Position: Outpatient Clinical Program Director 

Location: Reston, Virginia

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 

Compensation:  $90,000-$100,000 Annual Salary

Your Role as a Clinical Program Director:

• Enhance our staff's communication, enabling them to excel in their roles.
• Participate in recruiting and selecting clinical treatment staff who are dedicated to excellence.
• Impart your knowledge and expertise to guide our counseling and therapy staff, ensuring they meet the highest clinical and accreditation standards in assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and transition planning.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Licensure You must hold a valid license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia or be eligible for a transfer from another state.

• Substance Abuse Experience: Previous experience in substance abuse treatment is essential. If you've worked in detox, residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.

• Clinical Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of clinical experience. 

• Ideal Candidate has 2-5 years supervisory experience.
