Casino Food Service is a place where everyone works hard to be the very best by being the friendliest and cleanest Casino in the United States. This is not an easy job, but it is very rewarding to serve the public.

• Greets restaurant guests in a friendly, upbeat, and positive manner using the guests's name when possible.
• Monitors and maintains room cleanliness, maintenance, and atmosphere in assigned area.
• Familiarizes self with all items on the menu and explains food items when necessary.
• Accepts responsibility for cash register bankroll, all cash received, charge chard and complimentary receipts.
• Receives, records, and makes changes for all Food and Beverage guest checks processed.
• Maintains the appropriate supplies needed for the proper performance of duties.
• Garnishes items as needed. Notifies supervisor of any quality or freshness concerns.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures, as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
• Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain an open line of communication with Management.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow team members, and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Regular attendance and arriving on time to all scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of five (5) years of food service experience.
2. The ability to anticipate our guests' needs. Strong communication skills both verbally and through written communications.
3. Ability to function as part of a team. Be proactive and positive presenting a professional image.
4. Ability to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
5. Ability to lift up to 65 pounds.
6. Ability to stand, walk, and communicate to departmental staff in a professional and clear manner.
7. Full knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and sanitation standards.
