Outdoor Furniture - Order Processor - Patio Productions

Patio Productions / LTDO Acquisition LLC is looking to add 1 full-time Order / Claims Processors to our staff. The position would be at our headquarters and showroom near Little Italy in San Diego. While our showroom is in San Diego we sell nationwide on our website.

Responsibilities for order processing include:

• Order Entry

• Filling warranty/damage claims

• Manage open orders

• Booking Shipments

• Checking Inventories

• Capturing Payments

• Entering tracking information

• Assist with customer service emails, voicemails and phone calls.

• Vendor / Customer Relations

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, organized, and hard working, with excellent attention to detail, great computer skills and a positive attitude. We have a fun but fast-paced office environment and are looking to keep that going with positive, fun, and hard-working people!

Hours can be 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday – Friday though there is some flexibility on times for the right candidate as well as the ability to work weekends if that is preferred.

You MUST have:
2 year associate degree
Excellent Excel Skill
Previous Data Entry Experience
Type 50 wpm or faster

Compensation:

* $20-25 per hour depending on experience.
