We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our Client's dynamic sales team. As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of the sales efforts, reaching out to potential customers and showcasing products or services. Your persuasive communication skills and ability to build relationships will be crucial in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customers in company provided campaigns (no cold-calling).
- Achieve key performance metrics for talk time, sales conversion, average order value, total revenue generated, and return percentage.
- Send professional correspondence and/or product information per customer request.
- Make modifications to customer accounts as needed; inputs or updates customer's order information into computer system/data base.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product/service offerings, company processes and procedures, and the industry at large.
Experience, Skills & Abilities:
- Must have 1 to 2 years of sales experience within retail, B2B, automotive industries preferred
- Outbound call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
- Transactional call center sales experience (predictive dialer technology a plus).
- Business-to-business sales experience.
- Dynamic, career mindset required.
- Ability to speak to business owners and managers comfortably.
- Ability to connect witht he Gatekeeper to speak with decision makers.
- Ability to overcome sales objections.
- Knowledge of call center policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
