Outbound Sales Representative - Air Visits

Responsibilities
Use a customer-focused, needs-based process to identify large potential customers
Outreach to prospects via email, telephone, and other professional methods
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify key decision-makers, and maintain all interactions in CRM
Build relationships by nurturing warm prospects, and moving prospects through the sales funnel
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
You will not be going to hospitals and healthcare facilities. Interaction with prospects is through video conference, the phone, and email.
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Stock Option Plan
We are hiring at all levels from entry-level through experienced Medical Technology Sales executives. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Entry-level candidates start at the SDR level with immediate training to move to inside sales within 4 - 6 months.
Requirements
Sales experience - outside sales or inside sales representative, SaaS sales associate (to be hired directly as an inside medical technology sales position only)
Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas
Self-motivated and fearless
Ability to identify key decision-makers and work well with gatekeepers
