- Why need exists: Provide the community with quality of health care
- Decision Makers: Harry Geller, CEO/President
- Clinic Schedule: 40 hours
- Call: 10 days per month
- Responsibilities: Team Medicine Clinical Appointment
- Provide a cohesive working relationship and mentorship with all co-workers
- Provide a cohesive clinical best practice model with Advanced Practice Clinicians and Director of Physician Clinics
Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - to be completed within 5 years of residency.
- DEA/ CSR Requirements: Must possess a valid Oregon DEA, OR License and Medical Malpractice Insurance
- Medicare/ Medicaid requirements: Must accept all Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare - no sanctions
- Certification Requirements (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.): BLS Preferred
Pay Range
$235.58 - $358.43 /hour
