OTA / Occupational Therapy Assistant - Flagstar Rehab

We are seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA) for Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our focus is on connecting compassionate OTAs with facilities that suit their lifestyle needs, offering a flexible "choose the way you earn" model.

• Hourly Pay Rate: W2 $33, 1099 $37
• Requirements: Current NYS OTA License, BLS Certification, EMR competence, and malpractice/liability insurance (if applicable).
• Responsibilities: Collaborate with OT Supervisor, provide quality therapy services, and document patient progress.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem, with various shifts available.
