OT Manager/Supervisor Rehab manager
Rehab Aides: COTA's No COTA, rehab aide yes
Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 8 Hour Days Monday-Friday- 32 hours guaranteed up to 40hrs/wk, Scheduling provided for clinican, but some flexibility
Weekend Requirements occasional
Holiday Requirements possible but not required
Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs any color
Department specific orientation yes- Orientation days are not specified, depends on the clinician's comfort level
