Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) / Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students for occupational therapy needs with the IEP team.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services per IEP.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for an inclusive environment.
• Document therapy sessions and progress accurately.
• Adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs.
• Attend IEP meetings to discuss student progress.

Qualifications:

• OT: Master's degree, valid state license.
• COTA: Associate's degree, valid state certification.
