CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER OR SUPERINTENDENT (OSHPD or HCAI)
Should have some of the following...
6+ years' experience working in Construction preferably in Commercial, Multi-family, or OSHPD Construction as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all administrative tasks for the assigned project(s) job setup, all logs, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, prime contract change orders, subcontract change orders.
Manage the relationships between the client, architect, subcontractors, etc.
Manages overall billing processes and procurement of payment
Produce, direct, and monitor project schedule, submittal process, change orders, and budget.
Direct and lead job site, project team, subcontractors, and crews.
Skills:
Extensive knowledge and understanding of SWPPP, Air Quality Control, building codes and ADA Requirements
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and other industry software
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate client/owner meetings, negotiations, etc.
Knows and understands the various types of AIA prime contracts as well as the general conditions associated thereto
Working knowledge and background in the inner workings of construction project accounting and job cost reporting
