Simply Orthodontics is currently seeking a Treatment Coordinator for our growing practice who displays positive attitude, professionalism and who is highly motivated to help us create beautiful smiles every day! This position will travel with the Ortho team to Worcester, Grafton, and Fitchburg practices on a set schedule. Spanish is a highly desired. The Orthodontic Sales Coordinator is great position for anyone that likes to help people and be rewarded for doing it. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes all new patients/parents in the office and follows patients through their entire patient journey
- Understanding of general orthodontic operations and patient flow
- Verifying patients insurance
- Utilize tools, skills, and talents to assist patients in making the best possible decision for their unique wants and needs to start treatment
- Present treatment plans, negotiate agreeable finance options, and execute sales contracts
- Utilize available financial options to give patients choices for how they can start orthodontic treatment financially
- Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections
- Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the perfect patient experience
- Corresponds with general dentists and specialists.
- Market to general dentist and is involved with community events
Qualifications:
- We're willing to train the right candidate for a great career path
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to correspond with proper English composition, grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Proficient on the computer
