Happy Braces is seeking a dedicated Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and support in our orthodontic practice. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the orthodontist in various clinical procedures, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring the comfort and safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the orthodontist during patient examinations and orthodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Take dental impressions and X-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and care instructions for orthodontic appliances.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatment information.
• Provide support to patients by addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient files.
• Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient experiences.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in a orthodontic setting is a must.
• Orthodontic License or RDA License 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
