About this Position:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and strategic-minded Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to lead our efforts in optimizing organizational design, elevating the employee experience, driving employee engagement strategies, and unifying culture, transformation, and change to tangible products, events, or business outcomes. This role will be instrumental in shaping our organization for long-term success. The ideal candidate will understand the larger impacts of organizational structure upon employee experience and engagement with the knowledge and experience to align the right people to the right work at the right time. Responsibilities include:
- Define and develop forward-looking organization design strategies/playbooks that address workforce assessments, SWOT analysis, structures, spans/layers, etc. to ensure that organizational design supports scalability, agility, and innovation.
- Define and develop strategies/playbooks to create an exceptional employee experience that attracts, retains, and develops top talent.
- Identify integrations points and develop initiatives that incorporate the company's values, mission, and culture into every aspect of the employee journey.
- Design and develop playbooks that address employee listening strategies to capture critical insights and opportunities for improvement including not limited to candidate experience, onboarding, 90-day, engagement, pulse, and employee exit surveys etc.
- Partners and influences (in collaboration with BHR) key stakeholders on culture, transformation, and change management strategy recommendations based on data-driven insights with alignment to business outcomes.
Who we are seeking:
Required Work Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in strategic organizational development, with a focus on organization design, design thinking, culture, transformation, change management, employee experience, and engagement
- 3+ years of large project management
- Experience in manufacturing, technology or automotive lines of business considered a plus
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced degree and change management certification, highly preferred
Desired skills:
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable development initiatives
- Proficient in using advanced assessment tools, analytics, and metrics to drive strategic organizational decisions
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and inspire at all levels of the organization
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid
- Moderate travel and fluctuating levels of discretionary time
- Managing multiple concurrent tasks, meeting numerous deadlines, addressing many internal staff requests
- Challenge of navigating a complex and evolving organization

- Competitive Base Salary: $107,600 - $161,400
- Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
