A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking an Organizational Effectiveness Partner. The successful candidate will help elevate the company's G&A functions: marketing, business technology (IT), legal, and corporate development as the company prepares for continued growth and expansion across the globe. The main goal is to activate the ingredient that is at the center of our success, our people. The ideal candidate has ten or more years of HR and OE-related experience which includes autonomously building, leading, and executing a full playbook of OE/OD programs at the C-suite level. Organizational Effectiveness Partner Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $80/hr
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 or Atlanta, GA - Hybrid, Open to remote candidates located in the United States with the potential to travel, domestically, once a quarter, Candidates located in Pleasanton are preferred)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible extension or conversion
Organizational Effectiveness Partner Responsibilities:
- Help elevate the company's G&A functions: marketing, business technology (IT), legal, corporate development as the company prepares for continued growth and expansion across the globe.
- Work with the senior most executive leaders to create a high-performance work environment and apply innovative talent, leadership, and organizational solutions.
- Apply contemporary talent and leadership practices that enable leaders across the company to operate at scale and amplify our employee-first culture.
- Activate the ingredient that is at the center of our success – our people. More specifically, this role focuses on four critical areas:
- Aligning business strategy to talent strategy.
- Org effectiveness strategy and program development.
- Org transformation.
- Talent strategy consulting.
Organizational Effectiveness Partner Qualifications:
- 10+ years of HR and OE related experience which includes autonomously building, leading, and executing on a full playbook of OE/OD programs at the C-suite level. Including, but not limited to:
- Partner with PBPs to facilitate org and talent discussions with G&A business leaders inducing the CMO, CIO, CSO and their leadership teams.
- Plan and deliver immediate or multi-year Organizational Transformation.
- Enhance Organizational Alignment, including small and large scale Functional Reorganizations.
- Design and deliver Business Strategy and Operating Model evolution.
- Identify and design OE/OD bodies of work, and drive adoption of OE/OD programs .
- Contribute to and evolve OE/OD programs through the OE Community of Practice.
- Experience with workflow analysis and cost efficiency initiatives with SVP level leaders.
- Experience with multi-functional and multi-national re-organizations.
- Formal consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, business acumen, and project management are table stakes; strong OE Partners deliver the best results when activating the key skills below (among others):
- Strategic Mindset: apply an ‘east-west’ approach to consider the broader enterprise when designing solutions; strengthen alignment to company strategy.
- Facilitation: confidently lead small or large (full-day) working sessions/meetings with VP/SVP/EVP business leaders to achieve desired outcomes.
- Influencing: confidently jump in, read the room, connect with the audience, and challenge assumptions and status quo
- Global Approach: understand the need for cultural awareness in all that we do across the globe, and design solutions accordingly.
- Identify shadow organizations and centralize them under one function.
