Provide execution services in Futures and Options along with market knowledge and market commentary for our internal Brokers, Institutional Customers, Hedge Funds, CTAs, Professional and Retail Traders.
Responsibilities:Primary duties will include:
- Execute client trades in the futures and options markets in accordance with StoneX policies and procedures.
- Manage the daily order flow to assure accuracy and efficiency.
- Build futures and options strategies to help customers manage their risk more efficiently.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of market knowledge and the related relationships from one sector to another. Alert customers to market news associated with the markets that each customer follows.
- Build strong relationships with customer and brokers.
- Make sure all filled orders are re-capped and properly allocated.
- Execute check-outs that confirm accuracy of the desk’s order flow.
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance.

To land this role you will need:
- 3 to 5 years minimum experience in financial and/or investment and/or equity industry preferred.
- Strong educational background of the fixed income and equity markets.
- Consistent track record of entering orders with extreme accuracy.
- Understanding of and experienced in dealing with major Institutions including Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Pension Plans and Broker Dealers.
- Proficient executing transactions on front end electronic trading platforms (T/T, TDM, CQG, QST and CME Direct).
- Understands the importance of Risk management.
- Understands Exchange rules.
- Strong organizational and financial skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate as a team player.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel.
- Have a strong customer service orientated mindset.
Education / Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Series 3 license required. (Required within first 3 months)
