About the Job
System One has partnered with a company at the Port of Catoosa that is searching for an Order Processing Administrative Assistant. This candidate will assist the Technical Document Control Manager in creating and managing the office order process and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Create office orders, assign office order numbers, circulate for final approval, and notify department leaders for processing
- Add office orders to production schedule documents
- Update office orders and production schedule as needed
- Manage customer change orders, revisions, corrections, and cancellations through internal communications
- Data entry of orders into the system
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school education required, with an Associate's degree or technical support experience preferred
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Spreadsheet, Power Point, and Database software
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities as needed
