Our client, a Global Leader in the Consumer Appliance Industry has an immediate opening for a Order Management Coordinator for a 12 Month + Contract. Must be onsite at clients locations in the Mount Pleasant
Handle all day-to-day order entry, customer support services, and coordination of channel customer shipments through on-line order entry and distribution system. This includes direct customer contact on all issues related to internal customer operations. Participate in a channel team environment for customer communication and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Daily support and processing of B2B electronic transmissions, email, phone requests, and purchase orders, handled with a sense of urgency.
- Handle all customer and sales inquiries regarding order status or complaint resolution. This would include pricing issues, shipping errors and other related issues. Process credits as needed.
- Daily monitor Key Accounts within Oracle ERP and communicate any anomalies or issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- High level of proactive communication with logistics, sales and other integral departments regarding orders that need to be adjusted, require special attention or has a challenge to the customer order.
- Manipulate excel files to process within ERP and other required reporting as needed.
- Project work as needed.
Must Have Skills:
- 1 year experience customer service experience or sales org environment
- HS Diploma
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and diplomacy required
- Experience with International Orders a plus
- Working knowledge/experience of Oracle ERP a plus
- Knowledge of Google systems a plus
