As a Order Execution Manager for The Soccer Factory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients/clubs. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

As a Order Execution Manager for The Soccer Factory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients/clubs. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional uniform products and services to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the account base and increasing revenue.
- Customization and Solution Development: Work closely with clients to understand their unique uniform needs and preferences. Coordinate with internal teams to develop customized uniform solutions that meet client specifications and budgetary constraints.
- Order Management: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring that client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Address any issues or delays promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, such as quality issues, delivery delays, or billing discrepancies. Take proactive measures to prevent future problems.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status. Generate reports on key performance metrics, such as sales revenue, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
- (Not Mandatory) Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the uniform or apparel industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of uniform products, fabrics, and customization options is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
