We are a rapidly growing organization supporting dental practices across 9 states, predominantly in pediatric, general, and orthodontic dentistry. Our locations include Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Mississippi.
Since our establishment in 2015, we have expanded from 3 offices to 60, with a strategic growth plan focused on quality and sustainability. Our goal is to transform the DSO landscape by prioritizing our mission statement and core values, which guide our practice model. We pride ourselves on being a culture-driven organization, seeking providers who align with our values and fit seamlessly into our dental family. We refer to our patients as "guests" and are committed to supporting exceptional clinical care.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated provider who is comfortable treating both children and young adults to join our team.

Job Details
- Diagnose oral diseases.
- Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
- Review treatment plan options with patients
- Review, maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records
- Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
- Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
- Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
- Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office
- Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA).
- Board eligible or board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Current state license to practice dentistry.
- Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
- Proof of malpractice insurance.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
