DETAILSThis position focuses on the design, configuration, and implementation of OracleFusionCloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP) solutions, specifically Supply Planning andDemandPlanning. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver scalable,value-drivensolutions while adhering to industry’s best practices.TOP THREE SKILLS:• Knowledge of Manufacturing: A deep understanding of manufacturing processes isessential.• Oracle SCP Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Oracle SCP modules,capabilities,and functionalities.• Planning Processes: Strong experience with demand planning, supply planning,and relatedprocesses.FULL SKILL LIST:• Must Have:o Oracle ERP SCM Expertise: 10+ years of experience designing, configuring, andarchitecting Oracle ERP SCM solutions, with 2+ years specific to Oracle CloudSCMconsulting.o Full Lifecycle Implementation: Experience in at least 5 full life cycle OracleSCMimplementations, with a minimum of 2 using Oracle Cloud Supply & DemandPlanning.o Functional Proficiency: Strong knowledge of master data setup, processes forexecuting supply planning, and functional aspects of Cloud Planning solutions(design, configuration, integration, and deployment).o Problem Solving & Communication: Excellent troubleshooting, analytical,andcommunication skills (oral and written).o Education: BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.o Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously andworkindependently.• Nice to Have:o Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Certified Implementation Professional.o Expertise in Oracle Order Management Cloud (specifically Global OrderPromisingCloud).RESPONSIBILITIES:• Design & Configuration: Lead design and configuration for Oracle CloudSupply ChainPlanning implementations, covering both Supply and Demand Planning.• Integration Expertise: Integrate Supply Planning and Demand Planning Cloudapplicationswith other systems and business processes.• Functional Specifications: Develop and maintain functional and technicalspecifications forCloud SCP applications (Supply Planning Cloud, Demand Planning Cloud).• Consultative Client Interaction: Communicate with clients in a consultativemanner,anticipate challenges, and propose practical solutions that balance clientsatisfaction withfeasibility and scalability.• Reporting & Documentation: Design and implement custom Oracle Cloudreports, andprovide documentation for design, training, and application administration.• Project Leadership: Ensure solution integrity for large, complex solutions andguide othersolution architects on technology and design decisions.• Oracle Expertise: Leverage expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales&Operations Cloud (preferred but not mandatory).• Client Collaboration: Engage with project team members and business users toensuresuccessful outcomes.
