Role/Responsibilities
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management and SCM Cloud Modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Global Order Promising, Inventory and Costing.
- Must understand Sales Order Management business requirements and map requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Must deliver/Review functional specifications documentations for RICEFW.
- Write/Review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
- Should handle the Solution Development and configuration of End to End Order Management processes in Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules based on BR100 documents.
- Create/ Review and execute the test scripts for Order Management processes with the Oracle Cloud Order management.
- Work closely with Client Oracle SME's and Project Manager
- Gain Client acceptance of the Rollout solution as per Global Design template
- Ability to assist business user during CRP's/SIT's/UAT's
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Should handle the data mapping and fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules from Legacy systems.
- Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
- Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise. Resolves very complex customer escalations.
- Should have Good knowledge on handling EDI integrations with 3rd Party Applications relevant to the Order Management processes.
- Responsible for training Key business users to handle their day to day processes with Oracle Order Management Cloud Modules.
- Taking business transition from incumbent vendors/client IT during new client engagement onboarding phase.
- Demonstrate Knowledge of Retail / Manufacturing industry nuances for Oracle Order Management Cloud Implementations.
Pay Range in Santa Clara, CA
$ 100/hr - $ 105/hr on HCL W2
In addition, this position qualifies for benefits like health insurance, paid time off (PTO), 401(K). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law.
