- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Analyst and Configuration Specialist.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and customizing Oracle Recruiting-Cloud, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.
- This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Recruiting-Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Configure and customize Oracle Recruiting-Cloud to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Recruiting-Cloud functionality.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration specifications and user guides. Stay current with Oracle Recruiting Cloud updates and new features, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization's processes.
- Clear communication skills Thought leadership skills.

Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in Oracle Recruiting cloud; recruiting process and system improvements in ORC; understand abilities within ORC and have resolved gaps within the product thru configurations/ customizations.
Skills Required:
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud General recruiting knowledge HCM Experience
Education Required:
- Bachelor degree
