Oracle Integration Cloud Lead Engineer/Architect
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Engineer/Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration solutions and cloud technologies, with a focus on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that connect various applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Drive architectural best practices and use of OIC with a high level of understanding of Oracle solutions to drive integrations and architecture of business-critical operations and technical dependencies.
+ Implement architected structures including Oracle systems and tools, such as APEX, Fusion, ERP, etc…solutions.
+ Develop and implement workflows, APIs, and data mapping using OIC and associated tools and/or systems.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and recommend solutions and forward looking and scalable strategies.
+ Collaborate with quality teams to monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure high availability and performance.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and team members.
+ Stay up-to-date with Oracle technologies and industry trends to recommend leading practices and enhancements.
+ Document integration processes, architectural designs, and technical specifications.
+ Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all integration activities.
+ Drive the overall team’s success by embracing the cultural beliefs and encouraging the team to always improve.
+ Remain agile to adapt to a fast-paced environment and to quickly adjust to the market demands.
+ Ensure Software Engineering best practices are documented and followed by the engineering team.
+ Ensure mentorship and training documentation as well as on-boarding documentation and processes are captured and kept current.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud Developer or similar role.
+ Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, including Process, Connections, and Integration Design and implementation with knowledge of events/applications and when/how to utilize.
+ Strong knowledge of Fusion, Apex, ERP, and other Oracle Technologies.
+ Proficiency knowledge of SDLC including algorithms/strategies of scaled enterprise systems as well as individual applications.
+ Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API management, business events and application composer data transformation.
+ Strong experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
+ Strong understanding of cloud integration concepts, disaster recovery, security standards, quality and compliance.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Willing to learn and adapt to evolving space and business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud Certification).
+ Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
+ 10+ years of Engineering, IT, and/or Web Application experience.
