This position offers a remote work arrangement from a U.S.-based location.

Tallon is recruiting for a Oracle Administrator with OIAM and DBA experience to work in support of a common services environment for a federal government customer. This position is a direct hire to our client offering W2 salary and benefits.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate experience and abilities to plan, design, implement, administer, operate and support technical Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions. Work experience with Oracle DBA system operations and comprehensive experience working with Oracle Identity Management (OIM) architecture, including integration with the E-Business Suite (EBS), is a must.

A current security clearance and Security+ (or IAT Level 2 equivalent) are required for consideration.
 
Role and requirements include:

• Provide support for Oracle Identity Suite and integration with Oracle EBS applications and database
• Support installation, maintenance, securing, and performance tuning for Oracle Identity Suite
• Participate in database capacity planning related to database growth and system utilization, trend analysis and predicting future database resource requirements
• Provide pro-active and reactive performance analysis, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning of EBS, SOA Application Servers in a mission critical environment
• Support Oracle RAC/Multitenant architecture
• Support OIM product suite
• Clone EBS systems and support automation procedures
• Install, setup and maintain Enterprise Manager (OEM) Cloud Control 13c
• Provide setup and configuration of Dataguard
• Support migration methods using DataPump, PDB Cloning, CDB Cloning

Requirements include:

• U.S. citizenship (this program does not permit dual citizenship hires)
• Current security clearance (secret at a minimum)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. Additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
• Current Security+ certification or industry recognized certification to meet DoD 8570 Level II compliance required for consideration
• 8+ years of related experience installing, maintaining, securing, and supporting performance tuning for Oracle Identity Suite 
• Experience with Oracle DBA and systems operations supporting the E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 & R12.2 architecture
• Experience with Oracle Middleware
• Experience with OIAM implementations
• Experience with patch assessment
• Advanced understanding of OCI services and implementation of network topologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and Network as a Code solutions providing automation and support for cloud resource provisioning
• Experience supporting documentation architecture and working with network blueprints
• Experience with OE Linux
• Experience with DBaaS in an OCI environment
• Experience with ExaCS in an OCI environment
