**Job Description** Complete basic system configurations independently and complex system configurations with limited assistance Drive resolution of reported configuration issues, escalating as appropriate Instruct and guide internal project stakeholders around the impact data collection has on configuration and configuration readiness Adopt new process improvements and ensure adoption across the larger team Consult with internal project stakeholders around the impact of design decisions and content recommendations Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed Career Level - OP3 **Responsibilities** Configure systems for external client project implementations.
