**Job Description**
**The Role:**
The Commercial Analyst will support Oracle Health's commercial strategy by performing detailed data analysis, modeling, and reporting to inform business decisions. This role is highly data-focused and will play a key part in pricing and packaging strategy, product performance, and customer base insights. The Commercial Analyst will identify trends, perform market and customer analysis, and contribute to strategic decision-making that impacts product positioning and revenue growth.
**Responsibilities Include:**
+ Develop and refine commercial models to evaluate pricing, packaging, and revenue opportunities.
+ Conduct comprehensive analysis to assess product performance and profitability.
+ Perform customer base analysis to derive insights on customer segmentation, retention, and revenue expansion.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing strategy and competitive market positioning.
+ Analyze data to identify trends and derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
+ Lead ad-hoc data analysis projects as needed to support commercial strategy initiatives.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Statistics, or a related field
+ Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
+ 0-3 years of experience in a data-focused role, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors.
+ Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement.
+ A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
+ Innovative problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

US: Hiring Range: from $23.70 to $48.08 per hour; from $49,300 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
