Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional for the position of Oracle GTM Cloud Implementation Specialist with a comprehensive background in program management, solution knowledge, and over 15 years of overall experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong GTM (Global Trade Management) and OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) design and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with the business team.
Responsibilities:

Oracle GTM Cloud Implementation:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation of Oracle GTM Cloud solutions.
- Ensure successful configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle GTM to meet business requirements.

Solution Knowledge:
- Leverage extensive experience to provide expert insights into Oracle GTM Cloud solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance solution effectiveness.

GTM and OTM Design:
- Design and architect GTM and OTM solutions tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Analytical Skills:
- Analyze complex business processes and requirements to design effective GTM and OTM solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and functionality.

Communication Skills:
- Work closely with the business team to gather requirements and provide ongoing support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress.

Collaboration:
- Foster strong collaboration with technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication and coordination between different teams involved in the project.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in the Oracle GTM Cloud implementation.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing overall supply chain and trade management efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 15 years of professional experience with a focus on Oracle GTM Cloud implementation.
- Proven experience in program management and solution knowledge.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certification in Oracle GTM or related technologies is a plus.
