Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Planning and Execution:
o Lead the planning and execution of activities involving Oracle ERP, OBIEE, Oracle Apps, Infrastructure o Collaborate with clients to define maintenance requirements and service deliverables.
2. Technical Leadership:
o Utilize your technical expertise in Oracle ERP, OBIEE, Oracle Apps, Infrastructure to provide guidance to the team.
o Work closely with developers, system administrators, and technical experts to address issues and optimize the applications.
3. Client Communication:
o Maintain effective and transparent communication with clients regarding maintenance status, issue resolution, and service improvements.
o Conduct regular service review meetings with clients to ensure their needs are met.
4. Resource Allocation:
o Allocate resources, including support personnel and tools, to meet maintenance requirements.
o Monitor workload and performance of the support team, making adjustments as needed.
o Extensive experience working in Onsite-Offshore model
o Prepare and update maintenance documentation for reference.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of maintenance procedures.
o Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance the quality of support services.
6. Documentation:
o Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, incident reports, and problem resolutions.
o Prepare and update maintenance documentation for reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience as a Technical Onsite Coordinator Manager for Oracle Stack like Oracle ERP, Oracle Apps, OBIEE .
• Strong technical background with expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle Apps, OBIEE • ITIL certification is a plus.
• Excellent Technical Onsite coordinator/management skills, including the ability to manage maintenance activities with a focus on SLAs and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience with incident and problem management processes.
