Oracle Developer
Location - Wright Patterson AFB - Ohio
Salary: $100K to $120K with full benefits

• Support design, configuration, and fielding of Oracle e-Business Systems (E-BS) software, modules, and integrated solutions in DoD environment.
• Responsible for both functional SDLC / Agile / Scrum tasks and technical development work in PL/SQL and Java working in an Oracle EBS or custom application environment.
• Support requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, debugging, end-user training, and documentation.
• Work directly with technical and business representatives, participating in meetings with key system owners to understand business requirements and supporting the administering and maintaining of development environments.
• Responsible for training team members and increasing capabilities of the team through mentorship and best practices.
• Provide technical support of cloud and prototyping environments.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor of Computer Science Degree required
- Oracle Modules: cMRO, ASCP, PS, and Projects modules specifically.
- Must have experience in Federal and/or DoD E-BS deployment.
- Java development and testing
- PL/SQL
- Unix and Linux operating systems and application support
- Familiarity, development with, and support of Apache web services and Tomcat
• Language Ability: Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Mathematical Ability: Basic skills required.
• Reasoning Ability: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems/issues, gather data and information, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions.
• Job Knowledge and Computer Skills: Understand Oracle Time and Labor. Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Planner, and Project
