The ideal candidate will possess both strong technical and interpersonal skills, creativity in designing solutions that generate business value, and discipline in meeting project commitments.

Development duties include analysis, design, prototyping, programming and unit testing of software or new functions. Support responsibilities include system troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of existing software. In addition, the Software Engineer must:

• Collaborate with internal business users to document software requirements
• Work according to approved requirements and detailed specifications and/or design document(s).
• Test and deploy applications and systems
• Ensure that deliverables meet or exceed functional, technical, and performance requirements.
• Provide user support as needed
• Accurately record time for all hours worked.
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Work with limited direct supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Excel in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Consistently meet task deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 5+ years of development experience
• 3+ years of Oracle Cloud experience
