**Operating Room Implementation Specialist**

You'll be responsible for executing successful software implementations, providing comprehensive training, and offering ongoing support to ensure our clients maximize the value of our innovative solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee live software implementation projects from start to finish
- Ensure data integrity and analyze key performance metrics
- Promote the effective utilization of dashboard analytics and project plan scopes
- Collaborate with clients to maximize return on investment through efficient tracking software and insightful analytics
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in Sterile Processing or Surgical Services
- Proficiency in utilizing software solutions, data analytics, supply chain management, and sterile processing operations
- Project management and technical support experience (preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of surgical inventory management, Sterile Processing Department (SPD) operations, and surgical technician procedures
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time to client sites
- Strong attention to detail, dynamic problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- Competitive salary up to $75,000, commensurate with experience
