Stellar opportunity to join a locally owned five-location optometric group in Southwest Virginia. This is a full-scope practice including specialty contact lenses, myopia control, low vision, dry eyes, and pediatrics. Small enough to focus on relationships, but large enough to provide exceptional patient care in this ever-changing optometric landscape. The practice has had the privilege of caring for multiple generations of patients over the past several decades. Their optometric physicians and staff members continue to provide each of their patients with exceptional comprehensive, personalized eye care using the latest in technology and equipment. The practice focuses on helping patients improve their quality of life and treating each patient with respect and compassion to ensure a terrific experience. Current gross compensation package over $200,000 based on experience includes signing bonus, OD loan payback options, high paying salary, monthly productivity bonus, health insurance, 401K with company match and approximately 1 month of paid vacation time per year.#5587
