Basic: Data Measurement and unit flow
You will:
Working in a class 100/1000 cleanroom align laser systems using concepts of auto reflection and interferometry
Perform epoxy-based assembly processes to create complex opto-mechanical assemblies
Use mechanical and/or optical measuring equipment (oscilloscopes, autocollimators and/or related test equipment
Use of computer-automated test systems and entering results
Use of hand tools and mechanical fixturing for mechanical assembly
Familiar working with optical components like lenses, mirrors, prisms
Perform cleaning of optical components and assemblies using approved solvents
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Coordinate with the production flow and come up with time schedule to optimize the workflow.
Tracking daily schedule and providing update with team.
Works closely as team with technicians and engineers.
Communicate with the team about the production shipment, verifying data from the production floor,
collecting and storing data and ensuring the quality and accuracy of data on final report.
Helping the team getting consumable weekly.
Inspecting any defects and discrepancies that might compromise the operations. - Requirements:
Requirement:
Knowledge of quality control techniques and familiarity with safety standards.
Experience of planning schedule, making decision and time management.
Experience with manufacture processing and understanding the production line well.
Experience with making decision and time management, ability to communicate clearly to support the production line.
Excellent in organization skills and flexibility priorities the schedule.
Skilled in Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Can read and follow written and verbal English work instructions and communicate effectively in a team environment
Intermediate mathematical skills including use of basic math and geometry
Adequate visual acuity to preform visual inspection of optical surfaces i.e., color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Excellent manual dexterity
