About the Job

We are seeking a Member Service Associate for our Optical area who will:

Provide exceptional member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products.

Maintain merchandise presentation through stocking, organizing displays, and managing inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies in the sales floor, handling claims, and identifying shrinkage.

Operate cash registers, process transactions, and assist with returns and exchanges.

Sell Optical products and services, including measuring and adjusting eyewear, verifying prescriptions, and completing necessary documentation.

Minimum qualifications include an Ohio State Optical License. This is a full-time, in-person position.
