What You’ll Do:
- Work with senior leadership to maintain compliance with regulatory standards in the United Kingdom and Pair’s company policies.
- Provide expert advice on lens selection, frame compatibility, and customization options to meet each customer's unique vision needs and style preferences.
- Conduct contact lens fittings and evaluations, ensuring proper fit, comfort, and visual clarity for patients.
- Educate operations leadership team on proper eyewear care and maintenance, including lens cleaning, frame adjustment, and storage techniques.
- Collaborate with the Pair Eyewear team to enhance the customer experience, address inquiries and concerns, and promote brand awareness and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of eye examinations, prescriptions, and patient information in
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and developments in optometry and eyewear fashion to provide the highest level of service and expertise to customers.
- Uphold Pair Eyewear's commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation in all aspects of eye care and customer service.
Who You Are:
- A fully qualified Optician registered with the General Optical Council (GOC).
- Experienced in pediatric optometry and capable of working in a clinical setting.
- Highly skilled in eye examinations, diagnosing vision issues, and prescribing appropriate corrective measures.
- An effective communicator with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about fashion, particularly eyewear design, with an excellent sense of style and aesthetics.
- A self-starter who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments.
- Committed to providing exceptional patient care and enhancing customer experience.
Need to Have:
- Registration with the GOC as a qualified Optician.
- Proven experience in a clinical optometry setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
- Strong clinical skills in comprehensive eye care, from examinations to prescribing lenses.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
