Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day optical activities across multiple locations.

- Supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment.

- Optimize inventory, ordering, and merchandising for a diverse selection of eyewear.

- Collaborate with our optometrist/ophthalmologists to enhance patient experiences.

- Patient care, helping patients styling frames, reviewing lens options and dispensing glasses.

Qualifications:

- Proven optical management experience.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of eyewear trends and lens technology.

- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
