Ophthalmologist - Retina Surgeon - StaffCo Direct

We are seeking an experienced Retina Surgeon - Ophthalmologist to join our team in metro Tampa, Florida. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, and competitive pay ranging from $300,000 to $375,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care for retinal diseases.
• Manage medical and surgical treatments for macular disorders and diabetic retinopathy.
• Grow the ophthalmology practice.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Ophthalmologist with 3+ years as a Retina Specialist.
• Strong clinical skills and empathetic patient care.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
