As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility and maintaining high levels of productivity. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance
• Identify and report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience as an Operator or in a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills
