Operator II - PCI Pharma Services

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Operate all equipment as assigned, proficient at all Operator I functions.
* Maintain and stock components necessary for production rooms.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Monitor fill operation. Assist line personnel as needed.
* Understands and performs the start-up operation and shutdown procedures for each piece of equipment as assigned.
* Clean machines.
* Move items for QA and Production Coordinators
* Move components to and from warehouse locations as needed.
* Keeps room staging area safe, neat, and orderly.
* Maintain and stock components/materials for assigned room(s).
* Remove finished goods, components, scrap pallets, and empty bulk drums from rooms as needed.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Reports to: Production Superintendent(s) or their designee.

Supervises: None

Education or Equivalent: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


* Speak, read and comprehend English
* Demonstrate the ability to operate the majority of production machines
* Ability to obtain power equipment certification
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
