Position Title: Operations Trade Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC & Dallas, TX
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: [FULL TIME, CONTRACT, HYBRID (3-days on-site/2-days WFH)]
Pay Range: $22.28/hr for Dallas, $21.02/hr for Charlotte
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Work shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description:
- Managed Account Trading Operations Representative is responsible for trading support functions associated with Fixed Income products either executed internally by the trading desk or externally and requiring to step into the trade.
- Tasks include focus on client allocation and trade booking along with non-market related corrections. The team receives inbound email request from internal trading desk, business partners as well as various 3rd Party Investment Managers.
- Processing requests require proper vetting and are processed in a strict control environment requiring quality assurance.
- Additionally, the role support research and exception resolution along with focus on statistical reporting. The Operations Representative may assist in the rollout of new technology and process improvement initiatives and is expected to analyze current processes and make recommendations to enhance the flows and add efficiencies for the team.
- The Operations Representative is expected to build and maintain internal and external business relationships to support exceptional service.
- The team interacts heavily with Investment Managers, Product groups, Compliance, Risk, Branch Offices and Reconciliation partners to mitigate errors / exposure to the Bank and to solution issues as they arise.
Required Skills:
- Prior financial services experience required.
- Proficient PC skills and applied experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform in a proactive and strategic manner.
- Must be able to give clear examples of past successes in teamwork, use of analytical skills, time and organizational self-management, and flexibility to a changing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Series 7 is preferred.
- Prior experience with Trading preferred.
