Operations Support Specialist - Bella Vita Inc

This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of our business by handling detailed systems, paperwork, and processes across multiple departments, including inventory, store operations, bridal, and web sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the flow of paperwork and data across departments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with detailed inventory management tasks, ensuring systems are up-to-date and stock levels are accurate.
• Support the bridal registry process, managing back-end tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and order tracking.
• Oversee web sales order fulfillment, ensuring all details are properly recorded, communicated, and processed.
• Coordinate with various teams (store, web, bridal) to ensure seamless operations and communication across departments.
• Handle detailed administrative tasks that support operational efficiency, including filing, updating systems, and maintaining records.
• Audit systems regularly to identify and correct errors, ensuring data integrity.
• Innovate and recommend improvements to internal processes to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with large orders or special projects as needed, providing detailed, high-touch support.
• Act as a behind-the-scenes problem solver to ensure the team can focus on customer-facing tasks.
• Assist with store sales when needed

Qualifications:

• Extremely detail-oriented, with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks across different departments.
• Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a knack for creating and maintaining efficient systems.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Schedule: This is a part-time position(moving into full time as we grow), assisting across various teams to ensure operations run smoothly.
