Sodexo Energy & Resources is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our team in supporting the portfolio of a premier Global Energy producer in Houston, TX!
The Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for overseeing work order tickets in CMMS for services including, but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety equipment, security systems, and building hardware or other projects as needed. This position will help coordinate projects, manage corrective task workflows, and schedule monthly PMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- answering phones and overseeing the central mailbox;
- assigning work order tickets in Maximo for multiple services in CMMS;
- ordering and inventorying uniforms and supplies;
- supervises day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, assigning and prioritizing activities, and monitoring operating standards;
- establishes a safe work environment for employees by performing safety audits and inspections, conducting safety-related training, and maintaining ongoing communications with employees;
- monitor and enforce Sodexo Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement standards;
- ensure unit staff has sufficient equipment and materials to perform their jobs and meet goals and deadlines; and/or
- all other duties as assigned.
