Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Operations Support Manager in Wheaton, IL. The work will be done remotely with occasional office visits. This is a permanent job. Compensation is up to $70,000/yr + benefits.
Our customer is holistic a cybersecurity company that has provided world-class proactive and reactive protection solutions for small and mid-size businesses since 2014. The goal of this position is to effectively and efficiently remove workload from leadership so they can focus on growing the business and keeping up with the sales funnel. This position will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and security. After successfully learning our business through a series of projects, the position will take on more responsibility, leadership and hours. Were looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an entrepreneurial organization and clients.
Responsibilities: Oversee and support all administrative duties and ensure that office is operating smoothly including supporting the team for proposal preparation, maintenance, mailing, billing and errands. Help Guard Street to shine positively through delivering a consistent and nice looking presentation of our company. Organize internal team preparation and schedule meetings and appointments. Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and help ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Assist with the administrative set up of clients with vendor services. Assist with some internal auditing to drive quality for our clients. Handle select client inquiries. Assist in presentation and proposal development. Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way. Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed. Maintain filing systems and keep current. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
We are flexible with work hours, although most hours will need to be during the business day. This position will always be able to work remotely, however some on-site office hours will be necessary each month from our Wheaton office. Requirements: Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience. Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Knowledge of basic accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures. Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures. Knowledge of business and management principles. Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages. Qualifications for Operations Support Manager 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role. Must be a self-starter and driven. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products. Must pass background check.
