Elevate your career with CHAGEE as an Operations Support Manager. In this role, you will ensure seamless operational standards across stores, develop a robust performance analysis framework to support strategic decision-making, coordinate product launches effectively, and lead the implementation of digital tools to optimize operations.
What You’ll Do:
Operational Analysis and Strategy
- Develop a performance analysis framework to inform and guide strategic operational decisions.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and enhance operational profitability.
Digital Operations System Implementation
- Lead the development and implementation of digital systems to streamline store operations, including personnel and product flow management.
- Oversee digital tools and ensure their effective adoption to boost operational efficiency.
Operations Standards Development
- Design and refine operational standards to ensure consistency and efficiency across all stores.
- Oversee the successful adoption of policies and standards at each location.
Coordination and Communication
- Act as a liaison between stores and central operations, resolving issues through standardized processes.
- Maintain open communication channels to ensure consistency in operations across all locations.
Experience You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with expertise in store management, digitalization, and Supply Chain coordination.
- Proficiency in digital system implementation and management.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as we scale and achieve our goals as a team.
