The Opportunity:

NetCentrics is currently seeking a Operations Support Lead for a potential contract to assist the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Technology Operating Systems (ITOS), and Cybersecurity Divisions with modernizing and leveraging cloud technologies to improve the delivery of OPM services while also enhancing its infrastructure capabilities. TS/SCI clearance required.

Location: Boyers, PA, Macon, GA, and Washington DC OPM locations

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience leading an incidence response team and managing SLA requirements on trouble tickets

Skills:

• Demonstrable history of successfully leading an incident response team in and enterprise environment
• Skilled at producing technical documents and engineering diagrams
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Team focused
• Strong understanding of Office 365 and Windows Server

Experience:

• 5+ years

Certifications:

• TS/SCI Clearance
