Operations Support Administrator at Accentuate Staffing

Responsibilities:

• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily.
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute supplies as needed.
• Maintain and update shared calendars for holidays and birthdays.
• Collect, proofread, and assemble various documents, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare welcome packets for new employees.
• Keep conference rooms, kitchen, and copier room clean and organized.
• Provides general administrative support for various tasks and other projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum three to five years of administrative assistant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
